What this site collects
Nothing. This website does not ask for, collect, or store personal information. There are no forms, no accounts, and no sign-ups.
Cookies, analytics, and trackers
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind. The only script on the site opens and closes the menu on small screens. It sends nothing anywhere.
Requests your browser makes
To display its typefaces, the site loads two fonts from Google Fonts. That is the only request your browser makes to anyone other than us, and it carries the same routine information any web request does, such as your IP address. Google’s handling of that request is described in Google’s privacy policy.
Like any website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider, which may keep routine technical logs to operate the service. We do not use them to identify visitors.
The only way to share information with us is to email nikki@confluenceedtech.com. If you do, we use what you send solely to respond to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone else.
The ClearPath platform
This notice covers this website only. The ClearPath platform — the software schools use, which holds student records — is governed by separate agreements with each school or district, including data privacy agreements. Read about how the platform protects student data on the Security page.
