Your work matters.
Let’s make the paper work for you.

ClearPath is a special education platform built by a special educator — for Ohio public districts, charter schools, and scholarship providers. Data entered once is used everywhere: the evaluation, the IEP, daily data collection, service tracking, and progress reports live in one connected cycle.

Built and demo-ready. Recruiting founding pilot partners for the 2026–27 school year — free during the pilot.

How it works

Special education runs in a circle, not a line. ClearPath is built the same way.

…and the evidence flows into the next IEP. The circle closes.

Finalizing an IEP in ClearPath isn’t filing paperwork — it creates the year’s working structure. Goals become data collection. Services become compliance tracking. Objectives become the skeleton of the progress report. From that day forward, the documentation is a byproduct of the teaching, not a second job after it.

Most software handles one arc of that circle. ClearPath is the whole circle.

ClearPath exists to put highly capable tools in the hands of highly capable teachers — so they can focus on the most important work: the connection, the intervention, and the teaching, with the student.

What’s inside

Everything below serves the same idea: the teacher’s judgment does the deciding, and the software returns the time.

  • Student record

Entered once, it populates every state form. One record is the single source of truth for every document that follows.

  • The actual Ohio ODE forms

The required forms — the PR and ETR sets — as exact replicas: your compliance forms, not our interpretations. Ohio’s optional forms carry the same information, formatted for readability.

  • Data collection

Twelve classroom data types, single and group sessions, and prompt tracking that scores independence honestly.

  • Progress

Charts by date, mastery you can defend, and progress reports that assemble themselves from the data you already took.

  • Service delivery

IEP Section 7 drives required-versus-delivered tracking automatically. What was promised and what was provided, side by side.

  • A calm view for administrators

The compliance pipeline and caseload health at a glance — enough to see clearly, without hovering.

Your students’ data is protected like it matters. Because it does.

Student records deserve better than an afterthought. Security is built into ClearPath’s foundation, not added to its surface.

  • Encryption at rest and in transit.
  • Row-level security enforced in the database itself, not just the app.
  • Access logging on every student record.
  • Role-based access the case manager controls.
  • Hosted in the United States.
  • Your data is always yours — and always exportable.
  • And this site itself sets no cookies and runs no trackers.

Security review documentation available to district technology teams on request.

The Founding Pilot Program

ClearPath is recruiting a small group of founding pilot partners for the 2026–27 school year. Free during the pilot — and deliberately small: a team or two, so every partner gets founder-direct support.

What partners give

Real use and honest feedback. That’s the whole ask — use ClearPath with a real caseload and tell us the truth about it.

What partners get

The platform, direct access to the founder, and a voice in what gets built next.

About

I’ve sat in many seats at the IEP table: special education teacher, BCBA consulting in public and private schools, advocate, and the parent on the family’s side of the table with my own child. ClearPath exists because of those seats — every feature is there because someone sitting in one of them needed it.
